Appointments not cancelled 48 hrs prior are subject to 30% of their booked appointment cost. Any appointments are not cancelled at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment, will be charged 50% of your booked appointment. No shows will not be rebooked. I understand things come up 100%, but please respect my time and profession, as this is how I make a living and there are also people on the waitlist that will gladly take your appointment if cancelled in a timely manner.
